Nasi Liwet

Liwet rice is a typical food of Solo. Liwet rice is savory rice (cooked with coconut) is similar uduk rice, served with vegetable squash, shredded chicken (chicken meat cut into small pieces) and areh (a kind of savory porridge from coconut).
